New Resolution for Next 3weeks!

/okay, left 3more weeks of holidays.
time to train up my body!

1.Jogging 10km 4nights a weeks
2.Sit-Up & Crunches 100times each daily
3.Salad and Soya Bean Milk for lunch every weekday
4.Gym Training 3times a week.
5.Anyone wanna sponsor me protein pills/powder?
